Prices: All prices are F.O.B. at the nursery and are subject to change without notice. Price to dig orders out of season is 25% higher than the listed price to cover the cost of special handling.

Terms: Cash or certified checks are acceptable payment for new customers. Once credit is established, full payment is due within 30 days. Accounts over 30 days will be charged interest at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% per year), plus any costs associated with collecting the past due amount. All actions will be pursued in Henderson County District Court, Hendersonville, NC.

Delivery: We are willing to arrange a reasonable delivery service if needed. Customers are responsible to pay all transportation costs upon delivery of the order. The cost of covering material to protect plants will be added when necessary.

Claims: The standard non-warranty clause applies. “We give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the description, productiveness, or any other matter, of any nursery stock we sell. We shall in no case be liable for any sum greater than the amount originally received for any stock.” Since we have no control over the care of plants at any time after they leave the nursery, including during transit, we cannot guarantee they will arrive in saleable condition. Any claims regarding short shipments or condition of plants must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt.

Grading: All plants are sized based on AAN Standards.
